Accounting Leadership Position

The company is seeking an experienced senior accounting professional to oversee client accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Lead a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals, focusing on collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Implement financial controls and process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert advice.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant accounting practices.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
