Job Title:

A seasoned ServiceNow developer is sought after to join our team in a critical role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters and provide strategic guidance on configuration management, IT service management, and change management.
  2. Design, develop, and manage ServiceNow configurations to meet business needs and optimize system performance.
  3. Provide advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow administrators with day-to-day operations and support cases.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
  5. Lead the development and deployment of new integrations with internal and external systems.
  6. Develop and deliver software applications using Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss technical options, identify pros and cons, and achieve secure and scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in an IT environment with strong IT service management expertise and ITIL knowledge.
  • 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience in administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates, and maintenance.
  • Proven proficiency in customizing ServiceNow through form customizations, business rules, workflows, client scripts, script includes, UI policies/actions, security rules, and other ServiceNow constructs.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Core Modules, including ITSM and ITAM, CSDM, and CMDB.
  • Experience working with asset discovery tools, such as SCCM, JAMF, and Qualys.
  • Advanced understanding and adherence to best practices in development, test, and production environments.
  • SDLC and/or Agile development methodology experience essential.
