Job Overview

The HR Generalist is a vital role that entails a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to implement strategic retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of programs, actions, policies, and procedures that impact assigned accounts.
  • Ensure compliance of assigned accounts with all HR Programs and Initiatives.
  • Verify adherence to the company handbook and/or individual account policies.
  • Support the rollout of HR Programs.
  • Conduct necessary discussions, exit interviews, employee surveys, and focus group discussions with targeted participants.
  • Manage Employee Engagement Activities (community building, engagement surveys, etc)
  • Offer counseling services to employees.
  • Handle employee complaints.
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientations.
  • Address Minor to Complex Behavior and Attendance Administrative/Labor Cases.
  • Elevate complex issues to Sr. HRBP and HRBP Lead.
  • Determine employee eligibility for transfer, promotion, or rehire.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Secure necessary buy-in from stakeholders on the implementation of human resource/client directives.
  • Develop and prepare Employee Relations Reports, such as Attrition Reports, Headcount Reports, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of all HR data, including HRIS data, attrition data, etc.
  • Perform other official work as instructed by immediate supervisors/ managers.
  • Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.
  • Adapt work hours when required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations; ideally in the BPO industry.
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.
  • Ability to easily adapt and understand different HR systems applicable for the job.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
