About the role

Join our dynamic call centre team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this full-time role based in Antipolo City Rizal, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to help them with their queries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize and provide excellent customer service
  2. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  3. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
