As a Data Engineering Consultant, you will be working on the forefront of optimizing health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data and resources they need to feel their best.

This role requires an individual who can develop innovative solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its objectives. You will coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure that projects meet requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop solutions that improve health outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Business Understanding: Establish a deep understanding of the business and work with Business SMEs to shape reporting solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
  • Leadership Influence: Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and/or approaches.
  • Software Development: Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for new and existing applications.
Requirements:
  • 8+ Years of Experience: In Information Technology with a focus on data engineering.
  • Database Tools: Proficient in utilizing relational database tools like MS SQL Server, ETL (SSIS), Snowflake, Databrick.
  • Programming Languages: Hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET Framework/.Net Core, Microservices, Rest API's, Python.
  • SDLC: Experienced with SDLC such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Rally/Agile Tools: Familiarity with Rally/Agile tools.
  • CICD and DevOps: Established CI/CD and DevOps models for release pipelines - Jenkins, test automation.
  • Systems Design: Good experience in systems design and applications development.
  • RDBMS Concept: Good knowledge in RDBMS concept.
  • SQL Knowledge: Solid technical background in SQL with extensive knowledge in design, development, testing, and maintaining data.
  • Healthcare Domain: Healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Object-Oriented Programming: Sound understanding of object-oriented programming.
