Senior Reward Analyst Position

The role of the Senior Reward Analyst involves supporting the team in managing and enhancing reward initiatives. This includes streamlining processes, documenting activities, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

This position requires assisting in the implementation and communication of employee remuneration programs, analyzing data to provide insights for decision-making, and optimizing efficiencies by improving processes and facilitating the delivery of reward programs.

Key responsibilities include providing consultative guidance on compensation programs to People Business Partners, managing survey processes to ensure access to current market data, and delivering personalized service to internal stakeholders regarding reward questions and program understanding.

Additionally, this role involves contributing to data integrity through report development and analysis, assisting in annual reward cycles preparation and delivery, developing awareness of reward programs to align work activities, and building relationships with key stakeholders to meet business expectations.

Requirements for this position include some relevant work experience and a tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
