Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our listings across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Reporting:

    • Prepare in-depth reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
    • Compare performance against previous months/years.

Listing Management:

  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com.
  • Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com (amenities, descriptions, images, automated messages).

Listing Creation and Optimisation:

  • Set up and optimise new listings (content, pricing, images, co-host onboarding).
  • Ensure all listings are tracked in Monday.com.

Support to CEO:

  • Ad hoc support to CEO including policy, price, and payment changes; create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and ideally Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management.
  • Familiarity with creative tools.
  • Knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations.
