Email Solutions Specialist Job Overview

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Managers in various duties, including email campaign organization and marketing strategy development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
