Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects. This role involves acting as the bridge between internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including service request forms and permit packages
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in Monday.com or similar tools
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software is a plus
Work Environment
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM – 5 PM EST
  • 100% Remote work arrangement
