Explore a dynamic opportunity as a Solution Assessment Consultant where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality assessment services. This consultant helps organizations define strategic goals by managing a portfolio of solution assessments, leveraging best-in-class Microsoft platforms such as QS Solutions Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT), Azure Migrate, and Lab3 Dr Migrate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and articulate relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a solution assessment.
  • Determine the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Complete analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Present key insights and actionable recommendations in a concise summary form to relevant customers and stakeholders.
  • Support seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.

Requirements:
  • Practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms – practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage stated platforms.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
  • Deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.

  • Team player with a learning mindset - ability to learn fast and deliver assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, interacting with and reporting on data.
  • Self-direction and focus on quality, with ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
