Data Insights Specialist

The role of a Data Insights Specialist is pivotal in driving business decisions through actionable data. This position involves leveraging analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets. A key aspect of this role is creating clear and actionable visualizations to present complex data to stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to define data requirements and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to define data requirements and support business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on analysis.
  • Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines as needed.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to requests for information.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all analytical work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • A strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
