Strategic Business Insights Analyst

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and other executives in an advertising agency. The ideal candidate will gain operational exposure, think strategically, and provide crucial information to guide the company and its clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple departments to drive decision-making and strategic planning
- Design reports to track financial metrics as well as operational metrics
- Create analyses using disparate data sources and large volumes of detailed data
- Translate results into easily understood presentation quality materials
- Provide input through business modeling and pro forma analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Proactively identify and evaluate strategic and operational opportunities and provide recommendations
- Perform exploratory data analyses to understand customers and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and propose at least 5 new data-driven optimization opportunities per quarter
- Develop and maintain an automated 'CEO Dashboard' covering key business and departmental KPIs
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts with a deviation of less than 5% from actual performance
