We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.
This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, with a focus on roles based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless process from application to offer stage.
- Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Experience: Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
- Remote Environment: Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the United States and enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
