Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Expert for Desktop Users to join our team at Connexion Century Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop users for any technical issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems related to computer hardware and software systems.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including setting up and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our users.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to desktop users for any technical issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to computer hardware and software systems.
* Set up and maintain computer systems, including installing software and configuring hardware.
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
