Key Responsibilities

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insights in internal tools.
  6. Continuously improve onboarding efficiency, client readiness, and long-term retention outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  1. At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, particularly in onboarding, customer success, or related fields.
  2. Bonus if you have worked in marketplaces or human services models prioritizing client fit, retention, and behavioral coaching.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide clients through nuanced conversations.
  4. Critical thinking and capacity to make thoughtful real-time recommendations.
  5. High attention to detail and process discipline.
  6. Comfort navigating dynamic, remote-first environments.
  7. Client-centric mindset focused on long-term outcomes.
