Financial Data Specialist

As a key player in our cross-functional team, the Financial Data Specialist will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring data accuracy, and upholding quality standards.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), guaranteeing seamless information flow and properly structured documentation
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure procedures are followed, and necessary data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation for accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing senior team members for strategic work
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a dynamic environment
  • Continuously develop new skills and adapt to evolving processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
  • A proactive mindset, high energy, and willingness to go beyond expectations
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a plus
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is beneficial
