We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Skincare Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their skincare concerns and goals.
  • Analyze client skin types and recommend personalized skincare solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, usage instructions, and potential results to clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-up communications professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all skincare products, treatment protocols, and industry trends.
  • Assist in product merchandising and inventory management to ensure availability and proper display.
  • Participate in product training sessions and share insights with the team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized care.

Location: Edsa Shangrila, Ortigas Center Mandaluyong; UP Town Katipunan Ave, Quezon City.

Work Schedule: Shifting sched / 6 days a week.
