Job Opportunity

The Digital Workplace Adoption Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions across various organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
    • Identify relevant features for employees and align them with business goals.
    • Analyze how other companies use industry workplace solutions to identify best practices.
    • Evaluate opportunities for reapplication of these solutions across different organizations.
    • Develop and execute adoption programs to increase usage.
    • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes as needed.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing support for end-user inquiries and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
    • A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
    • At least 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
    • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
    • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and requires minimal supervisory attention.
    • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
