Customer Success Role

Strengthen client engagement and support initiatives as a Customer Success Associate.

This role is ideal for graduates with an MBA in Marketing who want to build a career in customer success.

The successful candidate will conduct product demos, manage customer communication, support onboarding, and work with CRM to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
  • Proactive, client-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the industry.
