Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-starting, and have a willingness to work alongside clients during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities based on priorities, including lead generation and database management.
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
