
Sales Business Growth Leader

The Sales Manager role is a key position in driving revenue growth and business expansion on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve specific business objectives and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting and execute customer success initiatives.
- Act as an enabler to remove internal and external roadblocks and help the sales team resolve challenges.
- Monitor and drive team call time and productivity, conduct regular performance reviews, and coaching sessions with all team members.
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client-specific territories.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' proven work experience in a sales leadership role, a consistent track record of success, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
