Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, drive new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential clients in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and developing customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives.

  2. Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  4. Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.

  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges.

  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Work Arrangements

  • Remote work arrangement.

  • Frequent travel required, up to 40%.
