Job Title: Business Development Professional - Remote work
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual knowledgeable in the sales process to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and sales strategy
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including negotiation and contract management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales platforms and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
