We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager. This role will play a key part in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and implementing plans to secure new accounts and grow existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in companion animal nutrition and distributor management.
  • Strong knowledge of pet food science.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to make frequent field/customer visits.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and as a team player.
  • Experience with below-the-line activities and handling SPG, TL, and other promotional activities.
  • Based in Makati, Manila.
  • Preferably with experience in Companion Animal, Animal Nutrition, or Pet Food.
  • Knowledge of distribution management and commercial skills.
  • Proven experience managing distributors and/or key accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
