Job Title

A Business Analyst position is available in our organization, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable insights.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and Document Business Requirements: Collect and document business requirements to address business needs promptly, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Support Business and Systems Management: Provide expert support in addressing complex derivatives business issues, conducting feasibility studies, performing cost/benefit analyses, assessing risks, presenting recommendations, and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Create and execute UAT scripts based on defined processes and functional requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and Resolve Operational Business Issues: Identify complex business issues and facilitate the development of innovative solutions involving workflow procedures or new technologies consistent with long-term strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Internal Teams: Work closely with onshore stakeholders and internal teams to resolve project-related issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Math or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • At least five years related work experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of derivative products and derivatives system – ie. Findur.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Operational experience in functions related to Investments / Market Operations such as reconciliations, settlements, static data maintenance.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and agile – quick to pick-up on tight deadlines and changes in requirements.
  • Strong Risk and Controls acumen – attention to quality, able to perform investigation and root cause analysis on operational incidents and assist with internal and external audit and key controls activities.
  • Superior problem solving/analytical and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks and learn complex concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism combined with the ability to readily adapt to rapidly changing environments and deal with competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with demonstrated experience building and maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally.
