Job Summary

Responsible in providing animal health and technical extension services (such as, but not limited to product detailing, pet health assessment, veterinary consultation, vaccination, medication and supplements recommendations) to current and/or prospective clients of Pet Food Business - BPI – Commercial Feeds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Provides excellent veterinary technical services in implementing programs intended for pet food business as set by the management, in achieving better animal performance, health management and customer service;

2) Handles customer complaints specifically pertaining to animal health issues, conduct assessment (and follow-up), and provide prompt reports and recommendations;

3) Assists the Sales team in conducting visits to customers, dealers/megadealers and distributors in the area;

4) Conducts technical seminars and/or trainings on a municipal level to prospect clients in the area. Will be primary resource speaker for animal health and management in product launches;

5) Develop a customer service support program that will help in monitoring progress in animal performance and health using our products;

6) Train I-Technicians to conduct seminars in Brgy level, educate them about technical capabilities of BPI, and cascade the implementation of the service support program;

7) Participates in company related activities such as Vet Missions, launching, etc;

8) Conducts customer service surveys and prospecting;

9) Submits on-time weekly itinerary, and complete weekly progress report to GM Pet Food Business;

10) Performs other duties that maybe assigned by his/her superiors.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with active Veterinarian license

Experience : at least 1-year experience in animal industry (either in technical, productionor sales); 

Special Skills : Has good oral and written skills, computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft office programs, good driving skills (active driver's license)
