The Senior Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for translating strategic direction into clear, actionable plans. This role partners with HR teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
This senior position drives operational excellence, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management across all sub-functions within People Success.
Working closely with the Interim Head of People and Culture, the Senior HRBP maintains a collaborative relationship with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment practices align with HR and culture objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of People Success Strategy: Work across all sub-functions to implement HR strategy and deliver operational goals.
- Coordination and Execution: Plan and execute consistent application of policies, processes, and service standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and HR metrics, providing insights to the Interim Head.
Performance & Talent Development
- Lead Performance Management Cycles: Execute performance management cycles, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- Talent Review Sessions: Coordinate succession planning and talent review sessions across business units.
- Leadership Development: Support leadership development initiatives and track progress against objectives.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Compliance Execution: Oversee execution of compliance requirements across People Success functions.
- Employee Relations: Manage escalated employee relations cases, ensuring fair and transparent resolutions.
- Investigations: Conduct or oversee investigations in alignment with company policy and legal requirements.
Engagement & Retention Implementation
- Support Engagement Initiatives: Support company-wide engagement initiatives designed by the Interim Head.
- Engagement Metrics: Monitor engagement metrics, flag risks, and recommend interventions.
- At-Risk Employees: Use tools such as RAG assessments to proactively manage at-risk employees.
Cross-Function Collaboration
- HR Operations: Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Payroll Compliance: Partner with the Payroll Specialist to maintain payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Culture Integration: Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on onboarding and culture integration initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years in HR, with 3–5 years in senior or leadership positions within a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.
- Operational Skills: Strong operational execution and project management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Integrity: High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.
