Product Development Role

This is a remote opportunity to play a key part in the entire product development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform initial concepts into commercial products, collaborating closely with PD Leads.
  • Identify development needs within existing product ranges and build strong pipelines through research, analysis, and project planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas, ensuring customer-centric approaches are taken to validate the ideas.
  • Research and select suppliers based on specific requirements, including specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, order samples, and communicate these effectively.
  • C Coordinate supplier communication regarding compliance, quality, and specification standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies to deliver marketing-related tasks on schedule and according to brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed and launched on schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with international suppliers is beneficial.
