Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Requirements Analyst to join our team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in business analysis, IT project management, and requirements analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in banking or financial institutions, with a strong understanding of lending processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers to confirm the feasibility of application changes and explore alternative solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation as needed.
- Receive and review submitted requests to be transitioned into the service catalogue.
- Participate in service transition activity planning.
- Prepare reports to support the Service Management department in managing the delivery of application support, maintenance, and ticket resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions.
- Experience in IT project management, requirements analysis, and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
