Construction Software Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to configure, customize, and optimize construction project management software.

This is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy position that requires a strong understanding of construction workflows. If you have experience with construction software setup and configuration, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms.
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation.
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes.
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution.
  • Maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting).
  • Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
  • SOP creation.
  • Automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello.
  • Basic API or CSV manipulation.
