Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementation and onboarding of our back office products tailored for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the client's current business needs and workflows prior to project kickoff, making consultative recommendations on how they should use our back office platform.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plans for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex technical scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure high adoption of the product.
  • Communicate project implementation progress with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions, facilitating the resolution of all issues to retain clients.
  • Partner with teams of professionals to improve and scale internal processes, recommending adjustments to the client journey that will improve the client's overall experience and adoption of our back office product suite.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience developing client relationships quickly is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills apparent in email and phone presence are required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow-through are essential.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is necessary.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is crucial.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field is desired.
  • Two years+ of client-facing project management experience at a SaaS-based business is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is beneficial.
