About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging ads, collaborating with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate designs, and staying up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.

You will have the opportunity to develop standout creative that drives results. You'll work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create effective paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing high-converting ad creatives, understand performance marketing and what drives engagement, and be passionate about design and follow trends that make brands succeed online.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-impact ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to develop and refine ad concepts
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output
  • Stay current with industry trends in design and digital marketing
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic objectives
  • Presents and refines design work based on feedback and analytics
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential
