Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Workday specialist to join our team. As a Workday consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and commercial awareness, as well as experience working with global customers.

You will also need to possess the ability to plan workload, meet deadlines, and work independently in remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
  • Manage client requirements, design solutions, and deliver results aligned to their needs.
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification is essential, with US payroll experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, participate in workshops, and explain functionality to clients.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, maintaining information security at all times.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements and the ability to learn in-depth about relevant subject matter.
  • Flexibility to rotate through various Workday delivery services and travel to client sites within the same region.
