Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, adult learning principles, and team management.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels, promote a culture of continuous learning, and drive business results through training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for employees at various levels
  • Mentor and coach trainers to improve their skills and performance
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content and materials
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Experience working in the BPO industry
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD)
