Training and Development Specialist

About the Role:

This position is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for military and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional skills, credibility among engineers and operators, and ability to work in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, schedule, and deliver training programs that build real-world operational capability.
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, and user guides tailored to operators and engineers.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build in-house expertise and consistency.
  • Collaborate with program managers, system engineers, and clients to align training with deployment milestones.
  • Track trainee progress, assess competence, and refine content for maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • Strong instructional skills with credibility among both engineers and operators.
  • Ability to work in secure environments — clearance (or eligibility) required.
