ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across email, content and social media for our training product.
You'll manage a team of specialists and oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with SEO, Product Marketing, Web Development, and Project Management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and delivered on time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital campaigns to support product launches and promotional activities.
Develop integrated strategies for email, content and social media.
Monitor timelines, creative assets, and deliverables to ensure campaign goals are met.
Email Marketing
Collaborate with Email Specialists to design and optimise B2B campaigns.
Ensure strong copywriting, deliverability, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Social Media
Oversee social strategy and manage the Social Media Specialist in delivering campaigns across LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
Create and maintain a results-focused content calendar.
Content & Creative
Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce campaign-ready assets, including ad creatives, social posts, landing pages, and email content.
Ensure consistency of tone, message, and brand across all channels.
Reporting & Strategy
Track KPIs across all channels and produce clear, actionable reports.
Collaborate with SEO, product marketing, and design teams to improve targeting and campaign outcomes.
Use data to inform decisions and campaign enhancements.
Team Leadership
Mentor and support your campaign team (email, social, creative).
Set clear goals and provide regular performance feedback.
Ensure your team meets campaign delivery and performance targets.
ESSENTIAL – you must possess these skills:
4+ years in digital campaign or digital marketing management, ideally in B2B or education
Experience leading email, content and social media campaigns
Leadership and people management experience
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimise results
Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills
Familiarity with GA4 and audience segmentation reporting
DESIRABLE – bonus if you have experience with:
Experience in the Australian VET or training sector
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio
Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, or retargeting campaigns
Experience in leading creative production or brand messaging
KPI – your performance will be based on targets for:
Lead generation volume and quality
Email Marketing:
o Open rate
o Click-through rate
Social Media:
o Follower growth
o Engagement and reach
Campaign timeliness and execution quality
Content and creative
o Quality of output
o Alignment with the campaign
