About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative support specialist to join our team at ANASHERS CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. In this role, you will provide critical support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records;
  • Preparing financial reports and analysis for management;
  • Processing payables and receivables in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Filing tax returns and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate;
  • Conducting billing processes and ensuring prompt payment from customers.
