Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive background in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management.

This role encompasses responsibilities of either a Quantity Surveyor or an Architect, or potentially both.

The successful candidate will oversee preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.

Additionally, they will be responsible for technical oversight of project execution, reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives, contract setup (JCT), and post-contract project management including CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.

Handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management will also be part of their duties.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
