Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for processing high volumes of vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing timely financial statements.

You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial data, as well as provide insights into our financial performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting, preferably with GLs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
  1. Process high volume of vendor invoices
  2. Maintain General Ledger: Record all financial transactions accurately in the GL system
  3. Prepare Financial Statements: Generate periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  4. Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements
  5. Reconcile Accounts: Ensure the accuracy of accounts by reconciling discrepancies and making adjustments as necessary
  6. Month-end and Year-end Close: Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  7. Handle Accruals and Prepayments: Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance
  8. Assist in Audits: Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits
  9. Conduct Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
  10. Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements
