As a seasoned professional in the field of email marketing, this critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will manage workflow queues, conduct campaign quality assurance, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes. They will also maintain and reinforce quality assurance playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards.

This is a remote role that requires availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage task assignments across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and proper prioritization.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions.
  • Maintain and enforce quality assurance playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards.
  • Lead weekly reporting on quality metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health.
  • Support recurring audits such as opt-out compliance and pixel/tag verification.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM operations, email quality assurance, or campaign compliance roles.
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools such as Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, and Google/Adobe Analytics.
