Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional with expertise in German to excel in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support for inbound and outbound queries, product explanations, sales conversions, CRM accuracy, and post-sale assistance
  • Clearly communicate complex product features and exclusions to customers
  • Qualify prospects and guide them from inquiry to purchase
  • Follow up on warm leads to convert opportunities into sales
  • Manage post-sale support, including policy activation, document submission, and amendments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven role, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer journeys from inquiry to resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Confident, clear, and structured communicator with a high level of product understanding
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong data and admin skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms, multichannel communication tools, and remote work software
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure
