Job Description

Support customers as a Lead Verification Specialist for a luxury brand and thrive in a multicultural environment while working from home. Our company provides technical, customer support, and CX services to tech companies worldwide.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English communication skills (C1 written and spoken for both languages are a must)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing is essential
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads is necessary
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative and organizational skills are required
  • A positive and responsible attitude is essential for success
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) are needed
