NetSuite Solutions & Managed Services Consultant

This role plays a critical part in delivering tailored NetSuite solutions to clients, aligning with their business needs and optimizing their operational efficiency.

As a key player in the company's growth strategy, you will work closely with new and existing clients to implement innovative NetSuite solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, data integrity, and ongoing system improvements.

With expertise in NetSuite functional consulting, project delivery, and managed services, you will help clients enhance their business processes, streamline operations, and maximize their NetSuite investment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Business Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Lead NetSuite integration projects, working with Celigo, EDI providers, 3PLs, and other third-party solutions to achieve end-to-end process automation.
  • Support client NetSuite environments, stabilizing and optimizing existing configurations to ensure efficient performance.

2. Client Support and Development:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managed services clients, providing expert guidance and support for all NetSuite-related matters.
  • Monitor and maintain client NetSuite environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Oversee post-implementation optimization efforts, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation to drive continuous improvement.

3. Documentation and Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and integration touchpoints to support knowledge sharing and best practices.
