Job Description

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused professionals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries. You will respond to technical inquiries, resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office.

You will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures, as well as collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary, as well as work-from-home experience.
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with Windows operating systems.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
