Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to lead the analysis and documentation of our projects, ensuring that our portfolios deliver high-quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst on technology-focused projects, with a strong ability to work autonomously and produce high-quality deliverables that meet the needs of project stakeholders.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing requirements, scope, and business processes for IT projects, conducting workshops and interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and working with project and portfolio managers to ensure appropriate project resourcing, task assignments, and project reporting.

You will also be required to act as a Scrum Master to support delivery and assist portfolio and project managers in identifying, reporting, and resolving risks and issues throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT business analyst in PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum projects
  • Eliciting requirements, creating documentation, managing requirements from definition through to the testing process, etc.
  • Competency using Microsoft Visio to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
  • Experience working across multiple regions and with program managers, project managers, business stakeholders, application or product owners, and external vendors.
  • Experience conducting workshops and interviews
