Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and maintain complex planning models using Anaplan. This role will involve collaborating with business units to understand planning needs and translate them into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining complex Excel models and a strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build Anaplan models to support planning processes such as forecasting, budgeting, cost modeling, and HR planning.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand planning needs and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
  • Manage Anaplan data integration, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across systems.
  • Conduct user training, define user roles/permissions, and support adoption of Anaplan models.
  • Monitor and continuously improve the Anaplan user experience and model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Experience building and maintaining complex Excel models; Anaplan model building experience is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration, training, and documentation skills.
