The RoleWe are looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals who can make a real difference in the lives of families. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Collect, review, and accurately track required documentation from caregivers and families.
- Customer Support: Provide clear guidance to families throughout the documentation process via phone calls and other communication channels.
- Phone Interactions: Manage a high volume of daily phone interactions (60–70 calls), demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Verification: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state regulations and Medicaid/Medicare requirements.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email to ensure a supportive experience.
- Record Management: Maintain well-organized records, monitor upcoming expirations, and send timely reminders to prevent lapses.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to ensure a seamless process for families and caregivers.
Requirements
We are seeking individuals with extensive experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles. Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and clear, professional communication skills are also required. Proficiency with CRM systems, shared drives, and/or document management tools is necessary.
