As the Training Manager, you'll assess training needs, design engaging programs, and champion leadership development, soft skills, performance management, and succession planning. Your work will drive individual growth and organizational excellence.
What You'll Do:- Design and lead a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with business goals
Deliver high-impact programs in:
Leadership & Team Development
- Communication & Problem Solving
- Presentation & Facilitation
- Performance & Succession Planning
- Conduct training needs assessments and analyze skill gaps
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and performance metrics
- Manage and develop a team of training specialists, building a strong trainers' circle
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives support key business objectives
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and training tools
- Monitor and manage the learning and development budget
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven success in designing and implementing training programs
- Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and modern instructional design
- Excellent in facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication
- Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Preferably with experience in hospitality industry
