Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing employee data, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HRIS systems and employee benefits administration.

  • Audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections
  • Process eligibility changes for employees
  • Send enrollments to carriers via email, fax, or system uploads
  • Follow up to ensure updates were successfully completed

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College undergraduate or graduate degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
