  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.">
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or similar fields.">
  • Proven experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments is highly preferred.">
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable with financial modeling and market research.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
  • Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, crypto products, or blockchain technologies is a strong advantage.">
